Refund Policy

A customer will be entitled to a refund in the following scenarios -

  1. A refund request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. In such a case, a request made via email will be honored.
  2. We are unable to deliver the order even after 48 hours of the communicated deadline. As such, a complete refund shall be provided on the order.

No refund requests will be entertained once work has begun on the content, at any cost.

This refund policy was added on 1st August 2020 - and shall be used to fight any chargeback claims.

Fair Usage Policy - Revisions

We wish to provide all our clients with a seamless and extremely consistent ordering experience.

As such, we request for approvals at every stage of the content.

We will entertain 2 Revision requests for every order placed with us. The time taken for the revision will be between 3 to 4 days, depending on the current workload.

At a reasonable level, revisions will only be accepted for factually incorrect content or a request for rephrasing the content. Revisions will not include a complete overhaul of the article. We do not provide SEO or Keyword Research services.
